Shifford Crescent, Maidenhead. The row of shops where the Greengrocer was (Cliveden Fruiterers), where Mr Bean tried to get the golf ball out of the lady's bag by 'putting' it down the street!
Note that the layout in front of the shops as changed somewhat since Mr Bean was filmed as there is now a small car park (so the bin and drain where the golf ball goes later on are no longer there!)
