This is the location for Kevin Costner's 'Night Walk' scene in the baseball comedy 'Bull Durham'.
In the movie, Costner's character has just been released from his contract and he cuts a lonely figure as he walks along the streets at night. He is walking from East to west alongside the old Liggett & Myers tobacco company buildings, (Now they are upscale apartments.)
