This location was the setting for the 'little bridge' scene in the British movie classic 'Brief Encounter'
The two main characters (Laura & Alek) take a drive out into the country and stand on this little stone bridge.
This location was very hard to find, but i took a 'still' from the film and compared the backgrounds and they matched, although obviously the trees have grown a lot since the movie was made in 1945.
