This is the Victoria Bridge which spans the river Severn at Upper Arley. This bridge was used in the 1978 version of the story 'The 39 Steps', starring Robert Powell.
This bridge was used as the location for the scene in which Robert Powell stops the train and climbs out and over the bridge and hangs from underneath the bridge to avoid capture from policemen who are trying to catch him.
