This is The Hotel Chelsea, One of New York's most famous (Or should i say Infamous) Hotels. And the location for the scene in Leon, Where Mathilda's family were shot and killed by Gary Oldman and his posse. I think that the actual filming took place on floor 8, but it's been 11 years since i was there and it's a little difficult to remember.
